Joe Gatto, a well-known comedian, actor, and producer, is best known for the hit TV shows “Impractical Jokers” and “The Misery Index.” He is one of the founding members of The Tenderloins Comedy Troupe who has toured with a live comedy show to sold-out crowds across the world, including legendary arenas, such as Madison Square Garden in New York and the O2 Arena in London. Joe also is a co-host of the “Two Cool Moms” Podcast and has also appeared on hit podcasts including This Past Weekend with Theo Von, What A Joke with Papa and Fortune and Life is Short with Justin Long.

Tig Notaro is an Emmy and Grammy nominated stand-up comedian, writer, radio contributor, and actor as well as a favorite on numerous talk shows, including “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert,” “The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon,” and “Ellen.” Rolling Stone named her one of the "50 best stand-up comics of all time." Notaro appears in Zack Snyder’s "Army of the Dead" and “Star Trek: Discovery”; she wrote and starred in the groundbreaking TV show “One Mississippi” and just released her second HBO special "Tig Notaro: Drawn." In 2021, Tig co-directed the feature film 'Am I OK?' with wife, Stephanie Allynne, which debuted at the 2022 Sundance Film Festival and will be available on HBO Max later this year. She hosts the critically acclaimed advice podcast, Don't Ask Tig as well as co-hosts the ridiculous documentary film podcast Tig and Cheryl: True Story.

Matteo Lane is a New York-based comedian whose stand-up special can be seen on Netflix’s The Comedy Lineup. He has performed stand up on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Late Night with Seth Meyers, Comedy Central's Adam Devine's House Party, This Week at the Comedy Jam, as well as HBO’s Crashing. Fluent in five languages and with a singing range of six octaves, Matteo lived in Italy as an oil painter and opera singer before starting his comedy career.
Caitlin Peluffo (Opener) has opened for comedians like Maria Bamford, Gilbert Gottfried, Gary Gulman, Colin Quinn, and the late Kevin Meany. She co-produces a monthly comedy show in Brooklyn with Emily Winter at Precious Metal Bar called Karen. She also recently participated in The Breakout Artist Series for Carolines on Broadway.

Rory Scovel can currently be seen starring as Danny in Apple’s hour-long series PHYSICAL, as well as in his Comedy Central series ROBBIE, which he also created. Prior to that he starred in I FEEL PRETTY opposite Amy Schumer and can be seen in New Line feature THE HOUSE, TBS series GROUND FLOOR, ABC’s MODERN FAMILY and NBC’s SUPERSTORE. His hour stand up special is currently streaming on Netflix. Up next, Rory will be seen in Paramount Picture’s BABYLON.
Rob Cantrell has been seen on NBC, CBS, HBO, FX and Comedy Central. He acted in sketches on Comedy Central’s Colbert Report, HBO's Flight of The Concords and FX’s Totally Biased. He has written on projects for Adult Swim, Vice, High Times, Howard Stern and Comedy Central. Rob has performed Stand-Up at several festivals including SXSW, Bonnaroo and ‘The New York Comedy Festival’. Early in his career, Cantrell was a top ten finalist on the very first season of NBC’s Last Comic Standing, performed Stand-Up on CBS’s Late Late Show and acted in the nationally touring play ‘The Marijuana-logues’. Cantrell has headlined top comedy clubs, theaters and colleges around the country. He recently released a new comedy album (2018) titled "Pure Uncut Joy" recorded at Pete’s Candy Store in Brooklyn, NY for 800 Pound Gorilla Records. Rob is based in New York, he enjoys walking around, hanging with his family, funky beats and designing spaceships with his mind.

Emil Wakim is a stand-up comedian and writer based in Brooklyn, NY by way of Bloomington, Indiana. He recently made his late-night television debut on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon and was selected as a New Face of Comedy at the prestigious Just For Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal. Emil has opened for Roy Wood Jr., Kyle Kinane, Moshe Kasher, Michael Rapaport, and is a regular tour opener for Nikki Glaser.
Sahib Singh is a rising star of the Baltimore/D.C. stand-up scene. He has performed at clubs and colleges across the East Coast, and in 2019, he won the Magooby’s New Comedian of the Year competition. His original videos have earned him a strong following on social media, and in 2021, he worked as a writer and performer on the Comedy Central Digital team. His work has been featured on the CBS Comedy Showcase and the digital series AS SEEN ON ADULT SWIM. Currently he is touring with Nimesh Patel and is performing select dates on Hasan Minaj’s “The King’s Jester” tour.
Peter Sullivan (MC) is a comedian and writer who got his start 9 years ago at the age of 17 in Washington, D.C. His playful sense of humor, paired with his dry delivery, has allowed him to perform at venues such as The Laugh Factory in Chicago and Broadway Comedy Club in New York. He has opened for headliners including Kevin Farley, Tony Woods, and many more, and has also featured and headlined shows across the country. Peter has also written for national touring comics, including Howie Mandel for Just for Laughs in 2018.

Ali Macofsky At a young age, Ali guest-starred on KIIS FM alongside Ryan Seacrest where she prank called listeners as her character “Little Ally”. Now, she’s been a semi-finalist in Standup NBC, featured on Just For Laughs Digital, The Joe Rogan Experience podcast, and on over 100 episodes of The Comedy Store’s Kill Tony Podcast. Macofsky has also opened for Russell Peters, Andrew Santino, and Joe Rogan at clubs and theaters around the country.
Martin Urbano is currently a writer on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. He has written for Viceland's Danny Brown show, Danny's House, and wrote for National Lampoon's Radio Hour. He also developed for TBS. As a standup, he has been seen on Jimmy Kimmel Live! Comedy Central's Featured, the CW's Howie Mandel Gala, and Chris Gethard Presents (Manhattan News Network). He has also performed at Just For Laughs (New Faces), Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival, New York Comedy Festival, and the Boston Calling Music Festival.
Keith Purnell is one of the fastest rising comics from Delaware.
